Drunken Comics Rage

Not a hoax! Not a dream! Not an imaginary story!

Or, as DVO would probably put it, "Why the fuck aren't you posting, you slacker mofo??"

So, uh, "Hi! I'm the EvilArtist!"

After spending the last several years as a corporate wageslave, I've decided to get back to doing the one thing I've always really enjoyed - drawing stuff. Especially comicbook superhero stuff.

Of course, having not drawn much more than doodles and half-finished sketches (with the
occasional, very rare freelance job here and there) for a longer period of time than I care to admit, I'm pretty damn rusty. In fact, I wasn't really sure where to start until I came across the "Superman: Man of Style" contest on Project Rooftop, a site I visit every now and then that's got some great character redesigns from some excellent artists.

So, I said to myself, "Self, what the hell, why not just jump right in with both feet first and enter? You've spent far too much time thinking waaay too much about redesigning various superhero costumes as it is, so put something out there and let it be judged!"

So I did! Make with the clicky and check out my entry!

This was a lot of fun!

And I'm afraid it's got me thinking about doing some more redesigns.
